Aid begins flowing into ravaged Florida

　HAINES CITY, Florida Federal officials on Monday opened the first of several planned disaster recovery centers to help the tens of thousands of people left homeless by Hurricane Charley, one of the worst storms ever to hit Florida, to begin rebuilding their lives.
